Golf lessons for juniors, amateurs, and competitive players. In-person across the Triangle area, plus online video review for players anywhere.
Explore for golfers →Corporate wellness, workshops, and executive coaching for teams that want their people performing across the long haul — not just for the week after a workshop.
Explore for business →Lessons grounded in eight years of teaching — juniors, amateurs, and competitive players. Swing work, course strategy, and the practice habits that turn one good range session into a season of better rounds.
What's different: a Bachelor's in Marketing and Professional Golf Management from Coastal Carolina, years as an assistant pro at multiple clubs, plus NASM certifications in personal training and corrective exercise. When the swing limitation is physical — a hip that won't rotate, a thoracic spine that's locked up — I can actually fix it. Most coaches can't.
Long-term development for young players. Swing fundamentals, course management, practice structure, and the body awareness that supports a growing game. For competitive juniors and players just getting serious.
Game improvement for recreational and competitive players. Swing work, short game, course strategy. When physical limitations are part of the problem, we address those too — but the lesson is the lesson.
Send swing video, get a structured breakdown with drills and next steps. For players outside the Triangle area or anyone who wants ongoing feedback between in-person sessions.
Optional add-on for players who want the body work. Rotational mobility, ground force, swing-specific strength — the physical engine your swing actually runs on. Available alongside lessons.
Most corporate wellness programs are decoration — a workshop, a perk, a checkmark. We build the daily habits that compound: movement, recovery, focus, and sleep. The result is a team that shows up energized, thinks clearly under pressure, and doesn't run out of gas when it counts.
Every business outcome is a human output, and every human output is a body operating under conditions. We coach the conditions — the unsexy daily work that compounds into better decisions and better careers.
On-site sessions, typically 60–90 minutes for groups of 8–40. Movement screens, recovery education, breath and focus work, and the building blocks of a healthier workday. One-off or as part of a series.
Sustained programming for teams that want change to actually stick. Regular on-site sessions, between-session resources, and the accountability that turns a workshop into a habit.
Personalized programs for founders, leaders, and high-performers who need the dialed-in version. Strength, mobility, recovery, and the habits that hold under load. Biweekly or weekly cadence.
Intensives for high-stakes moments — board retreats, product launches, major presentations. 4–8 week ramp-up to a calendared peak. Peak performance, prepared for a date.
A golfer's score isn't decided by one hole — it's how they adapt to the conditions, choose the right club, and string together a full round of smart decisions. A team's year works the same way. So does a career. Same philosophy, different course.
RJ Reyes grew up in competitive junior golf — AJGA and Carolinas Golf Association events, four years on the varsity team at Holly Springs High School, then four years at Coastal Carolina University earning a Bachelor's in Marketing with a specialization in the PGA Golf Management program — competing in collegiate-level events and local tournaments along the way.
After CCU he spent the next several years teaching at public clubs across the Triangle while also working as an NASM-certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist — eight years total on the lesson tee, plus years of one-on-one coaching with high-performing clients in and out of the gym.
Under Par Fitness brings all of it under one practice: real golf instruction backed by a real understanding of the body, and corporate wellness coaching for teams that want performance, not perks.
